Who decides who is hired?
Once we receive your project requirements, we begin hiring. Our HR team screens and interviews candidates, and clients can conduct their own interviews if desired. The selected candidate then joins the training program.
What is the minimum number of team members to start?
Spark outsourcing allows you to start with 1 member.
When can the team members start working?
We request a timeframe of 10 business days for the hiring process. If you wish to conduct interviews prior to training, this may extend the duration.
What English level of team members will I get?
All team members undergo both oral and written English assessments. Based on their performance and other criteria, they are assigned to levels 1-3. Detailed information can be found on our service page.
How does Spark provide support?
Your team will be placed in a designated contact center team, supported by a Team Leader to meet KPIs and goals, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager will work with you throughout the process.
What if I am not happy with my team member?
At Spark, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Based on your feedback to your Customer Success Manager, we will make adjustments to your team as needed to ensure optimal performance and meet your expectations.
